Hi everyone,
It is a famous saying that a healthy body keeps a healthy mind. The statement goes without saying. A sound body is very much necessary for a healthy mind. A slight effort to change our habits and daily routine could easily get rid of us from such severe diseases and mental disorders. We must take care of ourselves so that we could take care of those who are valuable to us.

I agree to your experiences

Before you could love anyone else, you should love yourself. Love your body, respect your body and you'll learn to love and respect others :)

Very nice article indeed

I think the book would be useful for anyone with body image issues, whether ot not that is attached to an eating disorder.

I don't work with people suffering from eating disorders but I do frequently encounter depression and anxiety disorders fueled by poor body image. So I look for books with helpful body image exercises. Would you recommend "Love your Body" for individuals falling in this non-food, non-surgical, non-obsessed but seriously distracted by body image issues?

Also, in looking over your recommended books (on sidebar) I find so many that I have loved and suggest to my clients. In fact, I might have to copy your widget idea.

Thanks and great blog full of helpful resources.
